This skirt features custom artwork drawn by an American artist and printed on organic cotton Lycra. Style is in our Market Skirt style, with an a-line shape. This shape is so complimentary for all body shapes, especially those of us blessed with hips ;) Cotton lycra waistband for stretch and the ultimate comfort. Waistband lies flat with zero bulk.
This skirt is sized to fit a 16/18/20 and the waistband measures 36" unstretched and 46" fully stretched. These skirts are designed to sit at the high hip, NOT the waist.
