Waistband measures 28" unstretched, 38" fully stretched. Please measure your high hip area to ensure a good fit.
The women's XS in this skirt has medium stretch, best suited for a true size 0/2 who can also wear a junior 14/16.
Machine was cold, lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Will not shrink.
