Made of European organic cotton. This skirt is all things hip, chic, lovely, and sweet. Cotton lycra waistband. Tiny elongating vertical black and ecru stripes make up the side fabrics. Back is solid black.
Machine was cold, lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Will not shrink.
